"Barry arrived at 12.30 p.M. He set to work to replace the faulty door element, as scheduled, and completed the task, most satisfactorily, half an hour later. He even replaced an essential item that had not been on the original job description at no extra cost. He was courteous, friendly, efficient and reassuring (he tested the appliance afterwards to show me that it was now working correctly again. Altogether a positive experience."

"Fixed and all good. Turned out it didn't need a replacement part and was a simple job. Could easily have charged me for one anyhow as I have zero knowledge when it comes to these things. The guy was friendly, efficient, taught me a few things and advised me how to prevent the problem reoccurring. Came early for me at my first available opportunity as I'd just finished a night shift, plus seemingly risked a parking ticket to get to me. Excellent, would use again."

"Barry came round within a couple of days of contact to look at our leaking washer/dryer.  Very quickly showed us that a key internal pipe was broken, and told us that the machine dated back to 1984!  As a result, it was hard to source a spare part, but having told us initially it would take 3 weeks he then found one available in less than a week.  Fitted yesterday and machine works perfectly.  Really appreciate his efficiency, friendly manner and persistence with enabling a repair which otherwise would have meant buying a new machine."

"The hinge on my washing machine door was broken and unfortunately after doing my own research Cambridge Appliance Repairs confirmed my fears that a whole new door was needed for my specific model. The team at Cambridge Appliance Repairs were very helpful and helped by sourcing a second hand door for me to help manage the costs.  The cost of the new door and visit was cheaper than just the call out charge for a Bosch engineer!

The engineer was prompt, polite and professional, wearing a mask and maintaining social distancing.  He quickly sorted out my door and then started the machine to check everything was in working order.  He also offered me some advice on keeping my machine clean of limescale and also how to clean out my tumble dryer filter. I will definitely be contacting Cambridge Appliance Repairs for any future repair needs I have."
