It is unlikely our engineer will not be able to repair your appliance as our repair rate is very high. However in the unlikely event we cannot repair your appliance, we do offer a repalcement and installation of the appliance at a discounted rate. 

In the rare case that we do not have the correct part to repair your appliance, we can have this ordered and the repair will be completed at the soonest available time that is convieneint for you after the part has arrived.
